产品介绍

L-天门冬氨酸（L-Aspartic acid）呈白色结晶或结晶性粉末，味微酸。溶于沸水，25℃时微溶于水(0.5%)，易溶于稀酸和氢氧化钠溶液中，不溶于乙醇、乙醚、加热至270℃分解，等电点2.77，其比旋度与所溶的溶剂有关。在酸溶液中为右旋，碱溶液中为左旋，水溶液中为右旋。

用途：
（1）用于生化研究。
（2）可作生化试剂、培养基和有机合成中间体。
