简介：葡聚糖是以蔗糖为培养基经肠膜状明串珠菌菌属发酵生成的高分子量聚吡喃葡糖精制处理而得。易溶于水。微溶于乙醇，在中性溶液中很稳定，遇强酸及升高温度下被水解，在碱性溶液中端基能被氧化。

应用
用作冻干和真空干燥过程中酶、微生物、细胞等的干燥稳定剂。用于科研实验研究等。
